How payments, advances and refunds work at Virmaa Holidays.
We accept bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, and card payments via secure payment links. Cash payments, if any, must be made at our registered office against a proper receipt. Please always insist on a receipt or written acknowledgement for every payment.
All payments must be made only to the official Virmaa Holidays bank account or UPI ID communicated in writing. We are not responsible for payments made to any other account.
For any failed transaction where the amount has been debited, please share the transaction reference with us; amounts not received by us are typically auto-reversed by the bank within 7 working days.
